1. Product Description
EzyWebinars is a one-time-purchase software product that provides webinar creation, scheduling, registration, engagement tracking and follow-up tools designed to integrate with the HighLevel platform. The software is supplied as an installation package containing the EzyWebinars application and supporting HighLevel configuration components.
2. Purchase & Price
The EzyWebinars software is offered at $97 USD as a one-time payment. There is no recurring EzyWebinars software licence fee. Applicable HighLevel subscription, hosting, streaming and other third-party service charges are separate and not included in the $97 purchase price.
3. Software Licensing & Sub-Account Installation
Permitted Use
Purchasing EzyWebinars grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the EzyWebinars software in their own HighLevel Agency Account and across all HighLevel sub-accounts managed under that agency. The purchaser may use EzyWebinars to deliver webinar services to their own clients through those sub-accounts.
Prohibited Use
The purchaser must NOT:
- Sell or resell the EzyWebinars software, snapshot, source code or installation package.
- Give away, share, redistribute or transfer the software to another person or agency.
- Sublicense or offer standalone copies of EzyWebinars to third parties.
- Package EzyWebinars as their own software product for resale.
- Distribute copies of the application outside their own authorised HighLevel agency environment.
Clarification
Permitted use within the purchaser's own agency and client sub-accounts does not grant ownership of the software or permission to distribute or resell it.
4. Customer Installation Responsibilities
You are responsible for importing the supplied snapshot, configuring the cloud database, HighLevel Private Integration and GitHub connection using the provided step-by-step instructions, and for creating or supplying your own webinar video or supported live source. Technical familiarity with the HighLevel platform is assumed.
5. Optional Done-For-You Setup
An optional Done-For-You Installation & Configuration service is available for $197 USD one-time. This is a separate service, not included in the $97 software purchase. The service covers EzyWebinars installation and initial configuration in your HighLevel account only. It does not include webinar content creation, advertising, custom development or ongoing support.
6. Third-Party Costs
The purchaser is responsible for their own HighLevel subscription and any applicable third-party services, hosting, streaming, messaging, integration or usage charges associated with operating EzyWebinars. These costs are separate from the EzyWebinars purchase price.
7. Payment & Refund Policy
All EzyWebinars purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of the product and the delivery of the installable HighLevel snapshot and application source files, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds.
By purchasing EzyWebinars, you acknowledge that you are purchasing downloadable and installable digital software.
This policy does not exclude any refund, remedy or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

8. Technical Support
EzyWebinars is provided as a self-install digital software product, complete with installation instructions and the application files.
No technical support is included with the $97 purchase. Customers are responsible for installing, configuring, operating and maintaining the software within their own HighLevel environment.
We offer an optional Done-For-You Setup service for $197 USD, which covers the initial installation and configuration of EzyWebinars. This is a separate, one-time service and does not include ongoing technical support.
We do not provide software troubleshooting, custom development, webinar creation, marketing services or ongoing maintenance.
Customers may contact us regarding payment enquiries, missing purchase files or access to their order.
Nothing in these terms excludes any statutory consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Intellectual Property
EzyWebinars, including its software, installation package, branding and documentation, is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a licence to use the software as described in these terms; no ownership of the software itself is transferred.
10. Liability
EzyWebinars is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software, including loss of webinar registrations, data or revenue.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the provider's jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection law.
12. Effective Date
These terms are effective from the date shown above. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
